Steps
1 Get 1⅓ l water to boiling point and dissolve 2 kg sugar .
2 Put 30 flower heads , big stalks removed, 75 g citric acid , 3 lemons , and the syrup in a bowl.
3 Keep covered for 24 hours, or overnight.
Notes Lasts 4 months unless drunk before.
